Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned in their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on water filters that have been opened, installed, or used, unless the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact FilterHub customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange, please contact FilterHub customer support before returning the product.

For compatibility concerns, please check your refrigerator's model number and the filter compatibility details before purchasing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. FilterHub cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
